Welcome,​

 

​Christy is a gifted Healer, Podcast host and Author of "Life's Little Instruction Manual"and "Monk in the Middle of a Cyclone".

 

Christy's continuous curiosity of the human body,mind, and soul; how it functions, and how to heal through ancient modalities led her to discovering Reiki, while in massage school. Studying and practicing for years, becoming a Reiki Master in 2001, shortly thereafter finding Shamanism. She studied under a great Blackfoot Shamanic Practitioner in Gresham, Oregon for years. Upon completion of her five years of study, she gained the tools and knowledge to be honored with the title of Shamanic Healing Practitioner. In addition Christy is a Certified Jungian Analyst, Ayurvedic Nutritional Practitioner, and Life Coach. ​

The main driving force in Christy's lifelong search for sacred knowledge, hidden meanings, and ancient healing practices was for her own healing journey. At a very young age, she knew, she came here for a reason. She always felt that her own traumatic childhood experiences were examples of what she would someday be teaching others how to heal from.

In her final year, 2025, at New Mexico State University, Christy is completing her Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Counseling. She is currently taking clients by scheduled appointments only for in person and distance Reiki sessions and Life Coaching/Mentoring.
